Our sale items are pieces of ours that have already been manufactured and finalized, and are ready to be shipped upon order. Most of these unique furniture pieces are one of a kind and so we urge you to call as soon as possible as they are sold on a first come first serve bases. We are able to work with you on modifying select pieces for an additional cost determined upon request.
